Executive Director
Reporting to the Board of Directors, the Executive Director supervises directly, and through Program Coordinators, the activities of employees in various locations. The ED acts as the Public Relations Representative, oversees all program direction, assists the Board with strategic planning, completes all financial planning, and ensures the agency maintains eligibility for all funding and adherence to legislative requirements.

Additionally, vital Naloxone training and support are provided, further enhancing the safety and well-being of clients within the shelter environment.

Housing Support Case Managers are members of designated staff who assist women and families accessing shelter in their housing search efforts. Meeting frequently with clients, Housing Support Case Managers work with individual households to determine eligibility, identify housing barriers, and work to secure housing options for families back into the community.

In addition, the coordinator will maintain membership with the Windsor Essex Food Bank Association and the greater community to address food bank needs.
